Stephanie M. Bamberger is a senior associate attorney in the Family Law and Civil Litigation Divisions at Boyd Law. Ms. Bamberger is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS). Her family law practice focuses primarily on dissolution and legal separation proceedings, child custody and visitation including child custody investigations, property division including experience with forensic evaluations, child support, spousal support, post judgment modifications, establishment of parental relationships, domestic violence restraining orders, review of marital settlement agreements and contempt proceedings. Ms. Bamberger has worked with high net worth clientele, teachers, government employees, members of the armed services, and law enforcement.
Ms. Bamberger is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Sacramento County Bar Association, Family Law Section. Ms. Bamberger attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she participated in the Community Legal Services program, which included representing clients in various stages of family law, landlord/tenant, and probate proceedings as a certified law student. She also served as the President for the McGeorge Alternative Dispute Resolution Forum. Ms. Bamberger was a founding board member for the Sacramento FBI Citizens’ Academy Alumni Association.
Prior to joining Boyd Law, Ms. Bamberger was a senior associate at a well-known family law firm in Sacramento. Previously, Ms. Bamberger was the Managing Attorney at WEAVE, assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with their family law and restraining order issues.
